Dental Implants
Why we treat it this way
An implant is not a tooth glued into a gap. It is the reconstruction of a root that carries load and keeps the bone from resorbing. That is why the work begins with a 3D scan measuring bone volume, nerve position and sinus anatomy before any decision is made.
The implant position is planned digitally starting from the final tooth - we design the outcome first and place the fixture to serve it, not the other way round. That is what makes the final crown look and work like a natural tooth.
